  1. Involved in the movement against tobacco and also one of the respondents for the land mark judgment by the Hon-ble High-court of Kerala Banning Smoking in public places
  2. Key role taken to convert all the hospitals of Cochin to Baby friendly on 1994 and then the Kerala Baby Friendly on 2002 which is the first and only city and state in the world
  3. Major role in making primary school of Cochin Corporation Child Friendly School declared by Dr. Abdul Kalam on 18th Novermber 2008
  4. Conducted various free medical camps for the needy public.
  5. Responsible for making Kerala - The first baby friendly state
